Patient evidence showed that the study's real alternative was standard-of-care treatment: familiar, accessible and already trusted. The strategy was rebuilt around that decision, including site selection, referral pathways, local support and a protocol amendment.

Result: Four of the five supported sites became top enrollers. Delivery speed increased by 36% once the rebuilt strategy, amendment included, was in place.
