You may browse the website and share links for lawful purposes. Unless otherwise identified, its text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Renable.

You may download or print reasonable extracts and share them internally within your organization for business evaluation, provided you acknowledge Renable as the source, retain any relevant notices and do not present the material misleadingly. This permission does not cover third-party material identified as subject to separate terms. Please ask before republishing our materials or distributing them commercially.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website, introduce harmful code or misuse another person’s information.

Information and illustrative tools

The website provides general information about our approach and services. Illustrative funnels and calculators explain a method. They are not study-specific forecasts or guarantees of enrollment, recruitment, retention or timelines.

Outputs depend on the assumptions used and may not reflect the circumstances of a particular study. Assess those assumptions and obtain an appropriate study-specific assessment before using an illustration in a study decision.

Website content does not replace clinical judgment or the regulatory responsibilities of a sponsor, investigator or other responsible organization.

Enquiries and consultancy work

Sending an inquiry, booking a free assessment or taking part in an introductory conversation does not commit either party to a paid engagement.

We agree consultancy work in a separate written agreement covering its scope, deliverables and commercial terms. Any existing confidentiality agreement continues to apply, and we are glad to sign yours before we discuss your study in detail.

If a free assessment includes study-specific advice or a deliverable, we will agree its scope and any relevant limitations separately. The separate agreement for an engagement governs that work.

Availability and external resources

We aim to keep the website useful and current, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, or that every item will always be complete or up to date. We may change or withdraw website content.

Links to external websites, and the scheduler shown on our booking page, are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy arrangements.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These website terms do not change the responsibilities agreed in a separate consultancy or confidentiality agreement.

Your information and confidential material

Our Privacy notice and Cookies page explain how information is handled when you use the website, book an assessment or contact us.

We are glad to sign your non-disclosure agreement, and to agree a secure way to exchange anything confidential. Until that is in place, please keep your first message general. A web form and ordinary email are not a suitable channel for patient or participant information, including coded participant data, medical records or confidential study documents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them, except where mandatory law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory legal rights you may have.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you use the website applies to that use. Changes to these terms do not amend a separate consultancy or confidentiality agreement.
